  • 1 pound - gnocchi
  •   - Salt
  • 3 tablespoon - olive oil
  • 1 pint - cherry tomatoes
  •   - Salt
  •   - Black pepper
  • 2 tablespoon - tomato paste
  • 1 cup - heavy cream
  • ½ teaspoon - garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon - onion powder
  • ½ teaspoon - dried parsley
  • ½ cup - Parmesan cheese
  •  Handful - fresh basil
  • 1 ball - burrata cheese
  •   - Reserved pasta water

  1. Cook gnocchi in salted boiling water until al dente. Reserve some pasta water and drain.
  2. In a pan over medium heat, add olive oil and cherry tomatoes. Season with salt and pepper.
  3. Cook for 5–10 minutes until tomatoes are tender. Smash most of them, leaving some whole.
  4. Add tomato paste and stir to combine. Cook for another few minutes.
  5. Pour in heavy cream and stir. Season with garlic powder, onion powder, and dried parsley.
  6. Add cooked gnocchi and a splash of reserved pasta water. Let simmer for 5 minutes.
  7. Stir in Parmesan cheese and chopped basil. Add more pasta water as needed until the sauce is creamy.
  8. Serve topped with a ball of burrata, extra Parmesan, and fresh basil.
