    Cook gnocchi in salted boiling water until al dente. Reserve some pasta water and drain.

    In a pan over medium heat, add olive oil and cherry tomatoes. Season with salt and pepper.

  3. Step 3

    Cook for 5–10 minutes until tomatoes are tender. Smash most of them, leaving some whole.

  4. Step 4

    Add tomato paste and stir to combine. Cook for another few minutes.

  5. Step 5

    Pour in heavy cream and stir. Season with garlic powder, onion powder, and dried parsley.

  6. Step 6

    Add cooked gnocchi and a splash of reserved pasta water. Let simmer for 5 minutes.

  7. Step 7

    Stir in Parmesan cheese and chopped basil. Add more pasta water as needed until the sauce is creamy.

  8. Step 8

    Serve topped with a ball of burrata, extra Parmesan, and fresh basil.
