Tips & Tricks (5)
- Gnocchi Texture Perfection 🥣Pat gnocchi dry before cooking to ensure a crispy exterior and prevent them from becoming mushy in the sauce.
- Burrata Timing Trick 🧀Add room temperature burrata just before serving to maintain its creamy texture and prevent it from becoming too melted.
- Pasta Water Magic 💧Always reserve a cup of pasta water before draining - its starchy consistency is crucial for creating a silky, clingy sauce.
- Tomato Intensification 🍅Roast cherry tomatoes briefly before adding to the sauce to concentrate their sweetness and develop deeper flavor complexity.
- Seasoning Layer Technique 🧂Build flavor by blooming dried herbs and spices in olive oil before adding liquid ingredients to maximize their aromatic potential.
