  • 3 tablespoon - butter
  • 1 tablespoon - olive oil
  • 3 cloves - garlic
  • 1 ½ cup - heavy cream
  • ½ teaspoon - salt
  • ¼ teaspoon - black pepper
  • ½ teaspoon - garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon - onion powder
  • ¼ teaspoon - chili flakes
  • ½ teaspoon - dried parsley
  • 1 tablespoon - truffle oil
  • ½ cup - fontina cheese
  • ½ cup - Parmesan cheese
  • ½ cup - mozzarella cheese
  • ¼ cup - mascarpone cheese
  • 1  - truffle burrata ball
  •   - Extra Parmesan and truffle oil
  •   - Reserved pasta water

  1. Cook pasta according to package instructions. Reserve 1 cup pasta water and drain the rest.
  2. In a large skillet over medium heat, melt butter with olive oil. Add garlic and cook until fragrant.
  3. Pour in heavy cream and bring to a gentle simmer.
  4. Season with salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, chili flakes, and parsley. Stir in truffle oil.
  5. Add fontina, Parmesan, mozzarella, and mascarpone cheese. Stir until smooth and creamy.
  6. Add cooked pasta and a splash of reserved pasta water. Toss to combine and let simmer a few minutes.
