Ingredients

  • 3 pounds - Russet potatoes
  • Water
  • 1 tsp - Salt
  • ¼ cup - Butter
  • ¼ cup - Sour cream
  • ⅔ cup - Half and half
  • 1 tsp - All Purpose Seasoning

Instructions

  1. Put potatoes into a large pot filled with cold water.
  2. Add enough water to cover the potatoes.
  3. Add salt.

  6. Stir in butter, half and half, sour cream and All Purpose Seasoning. You can add more half and half to reach your desired consistency.
  7. Taste for seasoning and add more All Purpose Seasoning if desired.
