Instructions
1
|
Preheat oven to 350℉. Spray a 9×13 baking dish with non-stick cooking spray.
2
|
In a medium bowl, combine the cream of chicken soup, ½ cup of milk and ½ teaspoon All Purpose Seasoning blend. Spread ⅓ cup of the mixture into the bottom of the prepared baking dish. Set the remaining soup mixture aside.
3
|
In another bowl, blend cream cheese and melted butter. Add chicken, All Purpose Seasoning, 2 tablespoons of milk and green onions. Stir until combined.
4
|
Separate crescent dough into 8 individual triangles. Spoon about ¼ cup of the chicken mixture near the larger end of the triangle and roll the crescent up. Pinch the end closed and place the roll in the baking dish. Repeat with remaining crescents.
5
|
Pour the remaining soup mixture over the crescent rolls and top with shredded cheese. Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes or until lightly golden and bubbly.

Tips & Tricks (5)
- Pre-Cook Your Chicken 🍗Shred or dice your chicken and cook it slightly before mixing with cream cheese and cheddar to ensure it's fully cooked through and won't dry out during the brief baking time.
- Chill the Filling First ❄️Refrigerate your chicken-cream cheese mixture for 15 minutes before assembling to make it easier to handle and less likely to leak out of the crescent dough during rolling.
- Separate Crescent Triangles Properly 📐Gently separate the crescent dough along the perforations and press together slightly to seal the seems, creating a stronger base that won't burst when filled.
- Butter the Pan Generously 🧈Use melted butter to coat your baking dish and brush between layers of roll-ups to achieve maximum golden-brown color and rich, flaky texture throughout.
- Don't Skip the Soup Sauce 🍲Mix the cream of chicken soup with milk to create a luxurious sauce that keeps the roll-ups moist and adds incredible depth of flavor—pour it around (not over) the rolls before baking.
