Tips & Tricks (5)
- Pat Dry for Maximum Crispiness 💧After draining canned artichoke hearts, pat them completely dry with paper towels to remove excess moisture, which ensures they crisp up beautifully rather than steam in the air fryer.
- Don't Skip the Oil Coating 🫒Toss artichoke hearts with olive oil before air frying—even a light coating creates a protective layer that promotes even browning and prevents them from drying out during cooking.
- Single Layer Arrangement ✨Arrange artichoke hearts in a single layer without overcrowding your air fryer basket to allow hot air to circulate evenly, guaranteeing consistent crispiness on all sides.
- Mix Seasonings in Advance 🧂Combine all dry seasonings (Italian, garlic powder, onion powder, and salt) in a small bowl before tossing with the artichokes to ensure even distribution and prevent flavor clumping.
- Greek Yogurt Dip Hack 🥄Mix your Greek yogurt dip with fresh lemon juice and minced garlic minutes before serving to brighten the flavors and create a complementary tangy sauce that elevates the crispy artichokes.
