Ingredients
- 4 - Russet potatoes
- 2 tablespoons - Olive oil
- 1 tsp - Garlic powder
- 1 tsp - Paprika
- 1 tsp - Salt
- ½ tsp - Onion powder
Instructions
- Spray the air fryer basket with non-stick cooking spray and set aside for now.
- Peel your potatoes and then chop them into ¾-inch pieces.
- In a large mixing bowl, add the chopped potatoes and olive oil and toss.
- Add the garlic powder, paprika, salt, and onion powder into the mixing bowl. Stir until the all potatoes are evenly coated in the seasoning and olive oil.
- Grab the greased air fryer basket and place your seasoned potatoes into the basket.
- Cook at 400F for 20 minutes. Remove the potatoes halfway through and stir.
- Stick a fork through a potato piece to be sure they're cooked all the way through.
