Crispy Air Fryer Potatoes
It doesn’t get easier (or more delicious!) then making potatoes in the air fryer! These Air Fryer Potatoes are addictively tender and crispy with the flavors of rosemary and garlic. They’re a vegan, gluten-free side dish that everyone in the family will love and they’re ready in about 15 minutes!

Ingredients
Instructions
- Step 1
Toss the potatoes with the oil, rosemary, salt and pepper until well coated.
- Step 2
Place in the air fryer in a single layer, then air fry at 400 degrees for 12-15 minutes until tender and crispy, tossing halfway through the cooking time.
- Step 3
Garnish with freshly chopped parsley if desired. Serve and enjoy!
