Next, combine the Panko breadcrumbs and melted butter in a small bowl. Season with salt and pepper, to taste. Spread the breadcrumbs into an even layer over the boursin cheese.

Tips & Tricks (5)
- Freeze the Boursin First ❄️Chill the Boursin cheese in the freezer for 15-20 minutes before coating to prevent it from melting through the breadcrumb layer during baking.
- Butter-Toast Your Panko 🧈Toss the Panko breadcrumbs in melted unsalted butter before applying to the cheese for superior crispiness and golden-brown color without deep frying.
- Press, Don't Roll 👐Gently press the buttered Panko onto the cheese block using your hands rather than rolling it, which helps create an even, crunchy crust that adheres perfectly.
- Hot Honey Temperature Matters 🔥Heat your honey to just below smoking point (around 350°F) before drizzling to create a slightly caramelized contrast that complements the warm cheese without overwhelming it.
- Serve Immediately on Warm Crackers 🍪Place the baked Boursin on warm, toasted crackers within 30 seconds of removing from the oven so the creamy interior melts slightly into the cracker for optimal texture pairing.
