- 130 grams - chicken breast
- 1 - crusty bread
- 40 grams - butter
- fresh parsley
- salt, pepper, paprika, garlic
- 80 grams - cheese
- 30 grams - Buffalo sauce
Instructions
- Set to 190°C and line a baking tray with parchment paper.
- Place the butter on the cut side of the bread and put it in the oven for a few minutes until the butter melts into the surface.
- Remove from the oven and spread the melted butter evenly. Season generously with garlic, parsley, salt, pepper, and a small pinch of paprika. Press it into the bread.
- Season the chicken breast with salt, pepper, paprika, and garlic. Pan-fry over medium-high heat until golden and cooked through. Slice into strips.
- Spread a layer of Buffalo sauce over the garlic butter. Add the grated cheese in an even layer, then place the chicken strips on top.
- Place on the tray and bake at 190°C for 25 minutes until the cheese is fully melted and bubbling and the edges of the bread are golden and crisp.
- Remove from the oven and immediately drizzle with extra Buffalo sauce. Slice and serve hot.
