  • 2 pound - chicken breast
  • 6 slices - turkey bacon
  • 1 cup - reduced-fat shredded cheddar cheese
  •   - Salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder
  • 4  - Ole Xtreme Wellness 10” wraps
  •   - Light cooking spray
  •   - spinach or green onion
  •   - For the High-Protein Ranch:
  • ½ cup - non-fat Greek yogurt
  • 2 tablespoon - light mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon - ranch seasoning mix
  • 1 tablespoon - water

  1. In a large bowl, mix cooked chicken, turkey bacon, shredded cheese, and seasonings.
  2. In a separate bowl, whisk together Greek yogurt, light mayo, ranch seasoning, and water until smooth.
  3. Pour ranch into the chicken mixture and stir to coat everything evenly.
  4. Lay out each wrap, spoon the filling into the center, and add spinach or green onion if using.
  5. Fold in the sides and roll tightly into a wrap.
  6. Spray each wrap lightly with cooking spray and place seam-side down in a heated pan or air fryer.
  7. Cook until golden and crisp on both sides (about 2–3 minutes per side in a pan, or 5–6 minutes in the air fryer).
