Ingredients
- 1 lb - sweet potatoes
- 2 tablespoons - olive oil
- ½ tsp - salt
- ½ tsp - garlic powder
- ¼ tsp - paprika
- ¼ tsp - chili powder
- ¼ tsp - ground cumin
- ¼ tsp - black pepper
Instructions
- Clean and scrub sweet potatoes then pat dry.
- Cut off the ends, then slice into ½-inch thick rounds. Chop rounds into cubes by dicing ½-inch equal sized pieces.
- Transfer to a mixing bowl and toss with oil and seasoning. Prepare baking sheet or air fryer basket by lining with foil or spraying with cooking oil.
- Roast sweet potatoes in the oven at 425F for 25-30 minutes, flipping once halfway through.
- Or air fry sweet potatoes at 400 for 10-12 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through.
- Once cooked, remove, and let sit for 5 minutes to further crisp up! Enjoy warm.
