Ingredients

  • 1 lb - sweet potatoes
  • 2 tablespoons - olive oil
  • ½ tsp - salt
  • ½ tsp - garlic powder
  • ¼ tsp - paprika
  • ¼ tsp - chili powder
  • ¼ tsp - ground cumin
  • ¼ tsp - black pepper

Instructions

  1. Clean and scrub sweet potatoes then pat dry.
  2. Cut off the ends, then slice into ½-inch thick rounds. Chop rounds into cubes by dicing ½-inch equal sized pieces.
  3. Transfer to a mixing bowl and toss with oil and seasoning. Prepare baking sheet or air fryer basket by lining with foil or spraying with cooking oil.
  4. Roast sweet potatoes in the oven at 425F for 25-30 minutes, flipping once halfway through.
  5. Or air fry sweet potatoes at 400 for 10-12 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through.
  6. Once cooked, remove, and let sit for 5 minutes to further crisp up! Enjoy warm.
