Ingredients

  • 1 ½ pounds - beef
  • 24 ounces - Tomato puree
  • 14 ounces - Diced tomatoes
  • can - Water
  • 2 - Carrots
  • 3 - Potatoes
  • 1 - Onion
  • 1 cup - Mushrooms
  • 1 tbsp - Garlic
  • 2 tablespoons - Beef bouillon powder
  • 2 ounces - Onion Soup Mix, or spice of your choice

Instructions

  1. Place meat and veg in slow cooker.
  2. Pour can of tomatoes and passata over the top.
  3. Sprinkle over stock, spices and garlic.
  4. Add water to cover.
  5. Cook on low for 5 hours, stirring occasionally.
  6. Serve with bread of your choice.
