Ingredients
- 2 ½ pounds - Boneless skinless chicken breast
- 1 oz - Ranch seasoning mix
- 16 ounces - Cream cheese
- 8 slices - Bacon
- 1 ½ cups - Cheese
- ½ cup - Green onion
- 8 - Buns
Instructions
- Spray your crockpot with non-stick spray, and place the chicken breast into the bottom.
- Sprinkle over the ranch seasoning mix, and place the cream cheese over top.
- Cook for 3-4 hours on high, or 6-8 hours on low.
- Before cooking finishes, cook the bacon as desired, we bake ours on a rack in the oven at 400 for about 18-20 minutes.
- Chop the bacon.
- 30 minutes before cooking finishes, sprinkle the shredded cheese over top.
- Place the lid back on, and allow the cheese to melt while cooking finishes.
- Before serving, stir in chopped bacon and green onion. Enjoy!
