Ingredients
- 12 ounces - White Almond Bark
- 2 cups - peanuts or pecans
- 1 cup - pretzels
- 1 cup - white chocolate chips
- 1 cup - Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips
- ½ cup - caramel chips
Instructions
- Spray inside of crock pot with non stick spray.
- Add the almond bark, chopped pecans, crushed pretzels, and both sets of chocolate chips. Cook on high for 1 hour and then stir.
- Allow to cook for an additional 30 mins and stir.
- If your chocolate is not smooth, add an oil (Extra virgin olive oil, vegetable oil or melted coconut) one tablespoon at a time until chocolate smooth (should take no more than 2-3 tablespoons). Scoop mixture onto parchment lined baking sheets.
- Optional: add caramel Chips
- Allow clusters to set a room temperature for 1.5-2 hours or until set.
