Ingredients

  • 7 pounds - Bone-In turkey breast
  • 2 cups - Stuffing
  • 2 teaspoons - Poultry Seasoning
  • 2 teaspoons - Salt
  • 1 tsp - Pepper
  • 1 cup - Chicken or turkey stock

Instructions

  1. Remove skin from turkey breast.
  2. Rinse breast (including the cavity) and pat dry with paper towels.
  3. Season liberally with salt and pepper, including the cavity.
  4. Sprinkle poultry seasoning evenly over turkey breast.
  5. Place prepared stuffing inside the cavity.
  6. Put turkey breast with the breast side down in a 6 qt slow cooker.
  7. Place chicken broth in slow cooker.
  8. Cover and cook on low for 5-6 hours, or until cooked through.
