  • ¾ cup - Honey
  • ½ cup - Soy Sauce
  • ¼ cup - Chicken Broth
  • 3 tablespoons - Ketchup
  • 2 cloves - Garlic
  • 1 tbsp - Fresh Ginger
  • 4 - Boneless Skinless Chicken Breast Halves
  • 20 ounces - Pineapple Chunks
  • 2 tablespoons - Cornstarch
  • ¼ cup - Water

Instructions

  1. Combine first 5 ingredients in slow cooker.
  2. Add chicken and reserved pineapple juice.
  3. Cover and cook 4 hours on high.
  4. Stir in pineapple tidbits just before serving.
  5. Mix cornstarch and water in a small bowl.
  6. Remove chicken from slow cooker.
  7. Whisk the cornstarch into the sauce in the slow cooker to thicken.
  8. Serve sauce over the chicken.
