Ingredients
- 1 - Cucumber
- 1 cup - Edamame
- 1 - Green onion
- 1 ½ tablespoons - Rice wine vinegar
- 2 teaspoons - Lime juice
- 1 tsp - Sesame oil
- 1 tsp - Honey
- ½ tsp - Ground ginger
- ½ tsp - Garlic powder
- ½ tsp - White pepper
- 1 tbsp - Sesame seeds
Instructions
- In a medium-sized bowl, whisk together the rice wine vinegar, lime juice, sesame oil, honey and seasonings until well combined.
- Add cucumber, edamame and green onion and toss to coat completely.
- Sprinkle on sesame seeds and serve immediately.
