Add all ingredients for the cold foam to a blender and blend until smooth and creamy. If the mixture is too thick, add an additional splash of oat milk until it reaches your desired consistency.

To make a pumpkin cream cold brew drink, fill a glass halfway with ice and pour in your cold brew or coffee of choice, leaving about an inch from the top.

Pour or spoon about 4 to 6 tablespoons of cold foam on top. Finish with a sprinkle of cinnamon and enjoy!
