Ingredients
- 3 cups - Elbow Macaroni
- 8 - Egg
- 1 ½ cups - Mayonnaise
- 1 ½ tablespoons - Yellow Mustard
- 2 tablespoons - Sweet Relish
- 1 tbsp - Worcestershire sauce
- ½ tsp - Salt
- ½ tsp - pepper
- 1 tsp - Garlic Powder
- ½ tsp - Paprika
- 2 tablespoons - Scallions
Instructions
- Add the cooked macaroni to a large mixing bowl.
- Cut 4 of the hard-boiled eggs in half.
- Scoop out the yolks and put in a small bowl, set aside.
- Chop the egg whites and the other 4 eggs.
- Add the chopped eggs to the bowl with the cooked macaroni.
- Add the mayonnaise, mustard, relish, Worcestershire sauce, salt, pepper, garlic powder, ½ teaspoon paprika, and the scallions to the bowl with the egg yolks.
- Whisk the egg yolk mixture until smooth.
- Add the egg yolk mixture to the bowl with the macaroni and gently toss to combine.
- Garnish with paprika and additional scallions.
- Chill for at least 2 hours before serving.
