Ingredients

  • 2 cups - Dole pineapple chunks
  • ⅓ cup - Milk
  • 2 tablespoons - Agave nectar, or sugar
  • 1 tbsp - Lemon juice
  • 1 - Maraschino cherry
  • 1 pinch - Salt

Instructions

  1. First, start by adding frozen pineapple chunks, milk, salt, agave nectar and lemon juice into a blender.
  2. Next, blend the mixture until it becomes smooth and icy.
  3. Once you have achieved the desired consistency, transfer to a piping bag with a wide tip.
  4. Alternatively, you can use a Zip Top bag with one corner cut off to create the perfect swirl.
  5. Pipe the mixture into a small dessert cup or on a cookie sheet and create a beautiful swirl.
  6. Finally, freeze for about 20 minutes before serving. Top with a maraschino cherry and enjoy!
