Ingredients
- 2 cups - Dole pineapple chunks
- ⅓ cup - Milk
- 2 tablespoons - Agave nectar, or sugar
- 1 tbsp - Lemon juice
- 1 - Maraschino cherry
- 1 pinch - Salt
Instructions
- First, start by adding frozen pineapple chunks, milk, salt, agave nectar and lemon juice into a blender.
- Next, blend the mixture until it becomes smooth and icy.
- Once you have achieved the desired consistency, transfer to a piping bag with a wide tip.
- Alternatively, you can use a Zip Top bag with one corner cut off to create the perfect swirl.
- Pipe the mixture into a small dessert cup or on a cookie sheet and create a beautiful swirl.
- Finally, freeze for about 20 minutes before serving. Top with a maraschino cherry and enjoy!
