Tips & Tricks (5)
- Cheese Layering Technique 🧀Create a flavor barrier by sprinkling a thin layer of Parmesan on the bottom of the baking dish before adding tortellini to prevent sticking and add extra cheesy depth.
- Marinara Magic 🍅For a more intense flavor, warm the marinara sauce in a separate pan before pouring over the tortellini to enhance its aromatics and ensure even distribution.
- Tortellini Moisture Hack 💦If using refrigerated tortellini, let them sit at room temperature for 10 minutes before baking to prevent excess moisture and ensure a perfectly creamy texture.
- Cheese Melting Pro Tip 🔥For ultimate cheese melt, add a final layer of mozzarella and broil for 2-3 minutes at the end, watching carefully to achieve a golden, bubbly top without burning.
- No-Stick Baking Trick 🧊Spray the underside of aluminum foil with nonstick cooking spray before covering the dish to prevent the melted cheese from sticking to the foil.
