Instructions
1
Place the quark and powdered sugar in a bowl. Separate the eggs, adding the yolks to the cream and reserving the egg whites for another use. Beat all the ingredients together with a hand mixer or whisk until smooth. Add the mascarpone and briefly mix with the remaining ingredients until combined into a smooth cream.
2
Pour Baileys into a shallow bowl or deep plate. Dip the ladyfingers in it on both sides and arrange them side by side in the baking dish.
3
Spread slightly less than half of the mascarpone cream onto the cookies and smooth it out. Soak the remaining ladyfingers in Baileys and arrange them side by side on top of the cream.
4
Spread the remaining cream over the ladyfingers and smooth it out, or fill it into a piping bag with a large nozzle and pipe it in large dots over the entire surface until it is covered.
5
Cover the tiramisu with cling film and refrigerate for about 6 hours. Before serving, place the cocoa powder in a small sieve and sprinkle it over the surface. Serve the tiramisu chilled.

Tips & Tricks (5)
- Stabilize Your Cream Mixture 🥄Whip the mascarpone and quark separately before folding together to prevent curdling, then gently fold in the egg yolk mixture to maintain an airy, light texture.
- Balance Your Baileys Soak 🥛Quickly dip each ladyfinger in Baileys for just 1-2 seconds per side—over-soaking makes them mushy, while under-soaking leaves them dry and flavorless.
- Use Room Temperature Ingredients 🌡️Allow mascarpone, egg yolks, and quark to sit at room temperature for 30 minutes before mixing to ensure smooth, lump-free cream layers with better emulsification.
- Layer Strategically for Even Flavor 📚Create thin, even layers with slightly overlapping ladyfingers rather than thick stacks, allowing the Baileys-infused cream to evenly penetrate all layers during chilling.
- Chill Overnight for Best Results ❄️Prepare tiramisu at least 12-24 hours ahead (not just several hours) to allow flavors to fully meld and the structure to set perfectly for elegant serving and clean slices.
