    Tips & Tricks (5)

    • Banana Ripeness Matters 🍌
Use perfectly ripe bananas with brown speckles for the most intense flavor and natural sweetness in your pudding.
    • Layer Like a Pro 🏰
Create distinct layers by chilling each layer for 15-20 minutes before adding the next, ensuring clean and beautiful presentation.
    • Cream Whipping Technique 🥄
Chill your mixing bowl and whisk beforehand to achieve perfectly stiff peaks when whipping cream for a lighter, fluffier texture.
    • Wafer Absorption Trick 🍪
Slightly crush some wafer cookies and mix them into the pudding layer for added texture and to prevent soggy bottom layers.
    • Overnight Magic ❄️
Always refrigerate the banana pudding for at least 4 hours, preferably overnight, to allow flavors to meld and develop a perfect creamy consistency.
