Ingredients
- 1 - yellow cake mix
- 1 cup - water
- 3 - eggs
- 1 stick - butter
- 20 ounces - crushed pineapple
- 1 cup - coconut
- ¼ cup - pecans
- 1 ½ cups - powdered sugar
- Reserved pineapple and juice
- ½ sticks - butter
- ½ cup - coconut
- ¼ cup - pecans
Instructions
- In a bowl stir all cake ingredients just until they come together.
- Prepare slow cooker with nonstick spray.
- Pour batter in, cover and cook on high for 2 hours, DO NOT REMOVE LID during cooking.
- When done, turn off slow cooker.
- Whisk all glaze ingredients together until well combined.
- Pour glaze over warm cake.
- Let sit for 5-10 minutes.
- Spoon into bowls and garnish with more coconut & pecans, and ice cream or cool whip, if desired.
- Serve and enjoy!!
