Easy Cranberry Brussel Sprouts
Looking for a SUPER quick and easy side dish that’s healthy and so delicious!? I’ve got you covered with these EASY Cranberry Brussels Sprouts that take just 10 minutes to make and pair well with just about anything.

Ingredients
Instructions
- Step 1
Open bag and toss in the olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, salt and pepper.
- Step 2
Re-seal bag and cook according to package instructions (microwave for 5 minutes).
- Step 3
Optional step: place the steamed sprouts on a baking sheet and toss with the pecans. Broil for 5 minutes to toast the nuts and lightly crisp up the sprouts. Watch them carefully as every broiler is different. Remove from oven and toss in the cranberries.
- Step 4
If not broiling: simply toss he sprouts into a bowl along with the pecans and dried cranberries.
- Step 5
Serve with a drizzle of balsamic glaze and ENJOY!
