Easy Microwave Fudge (2 ingredients)
Instructions
1
Start by lining an 8×8 square baking dish with parchment paper or tin foil, you will need 2 pieces. Overlap the pieces so that the sides drape over one another.
2
In a microwave safe bowl, add chocolate chips and sweetened condensed milk. Microwave on HIGH for 2 minutes, make sure to stir every 30 seconds. If chocolate chips still not melted, continue to microwave and stir in 30 second intervals until completely smooth.
3
Pour chocolate mixture into the prepared baking dish and chill in the fridge for 2 hours. Once completely set, lift the overhanging parchment paper to remove the fudge from the pan and cut into squares.

Tips & Tricks (5)
- Microwave in 30-Second Intervals ⏱️Microwave the mixture in 30-second bursts, stirring between each interval, to prevent chocolate from seizing or burning and ensure smooth, creamy texture.
- Use Quality Semisweet Chocolate 🍫Invest in premium chocolate chips with higher cocoa content (at least 50%) for superior flavor depth and a more luxurious mouthfeel than budget brands.
- Line Your Pan with Parchment Paper 📋Grease and line an 8x8 inch pan with parchment paper before pouring, making cleanup effortless and creating clean, professional-looking fudge edges for cutting.
- Add Butter for Enhanced Creaminess 🧈Stir in 2 tablespoons of butter after melting the chocolate to elevate the fudge's texture from dense to silky-smooth and improve its melt-in-mouth quality.
- Chill Properly Before Cutting ❄️Refrigerate for at least 2-3 hours until completely firm, then use a warm, wet knife wiped between cuts for clean, presentable pieces without crumbling.
