Ingredients

  • 1 lb - grass fed beef
  • 1 - egg
  • 1 - shallot
  • 2 cloves - garlic
  • ¼ cup - parmesan cheese
  • 3 tablespoons - milk
  • 1 tbsp - Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tsp - Italian seasoning
  • 1 tsp - kosher salt
  • ½ tsp - black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375 degrees. Line a large rimmed baking sheet with foil and spray lightly with cooking spray.
  2. Place all ingredients in a large bowl. Using your hands, mix gently to combine.
  3. Using a 1 1/2" cookie scoop, scoop 2 tablespoons of the ground beef mixture and form into a ball, then place on the prepared baking sheet. Repeat with the remaining meat, placing the meatballs a few inches apart.
  4. Bake for 20-25 minutes, checking for doneness after 15 minutes, or until an instant read thermometer registers 160 degrees. Remove from heat and cover loosely with foil and let stand for 5 minutes. Enjoy as appetizers or with your favorite sauce!
