Instructions

In a medium bowl, mix 3 tablespoons of tahini, 2 tablespoons of fresh lemon juice, 1 tablespoon maple syrup or honey, ¼ teaspoon salt, ¼ teaspoon black pepper, and ⅛ teaspoon cumin.
