Ingredients

  • 6 - eggs
  • 3 tablespoons - mayonnaise
  • 1 tbsp - whole grain Dijon mustard
  • 1 tbsp - fresh dill
  • 2 teaspoons - prepared horseradish
  • ¼ tsp - sea salt
  • ⅛ tsp - black pepper

Instructions

  1. Hard boil the eggs using my classic hard boiled egg recipe or air fryer hard boiled eggs. Be sure to submerge them in ice water until they've completely cooled. This can be done up to 1-2 days in advance.
  2. Peel the eggs, chop them, and place in a medium bowl. Mash the eggs as desired to achieve the desired consistency. Add the mayo, mustard, dill, horseradish, salt and pepper and stir until well combined. Taste and adjust the seasoning as necessary, and enjoy!
