  •   - nonstick cooking spray
  • ¼ cup - Dijon mustard
  • 2 Tbsps - maple syrup
  • ½ teaspoon - garlic powder
  • ¼ teaspoon - salt
  • 4  - boneless skinless chicken thighs

  1. Preheat the oven to 425°F.
  2. Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil. Spray liberally with nonstick cooking spray.
  3. In a medium mixing bowl, combine the mustard, maple syrup, garlic powder, and salt. Stir well.
  4. Add the chicken thighs to the mixing bowl, and toss to coat them in the Dijon-maple mixture. Arrange the chicken thighs on the prepared baking sheet.
  5. Pour any remaining Dijon-maple mixture over the top of the chicken thighs.
  6. Bake on middle rack of oven until the thickest part of the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F, about 20 minutes.
  7. Check to see that chicken is done. Remove from oven or add time as needed.
  8. Allow the chicken thighs to rest for 5 minutes before serving.
