- 10 - boneless pork loin chops
- ⅔ cup - Sour cream
- 2 tablespoons - Onion soup mix
- ⅓ cup - Panko bread crumbs
- 2 tablespoons - French fried onions
- 1 tbsp - butter
Instructions
- First, preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
- Then place the pork chops into a 9×13 baking dish.
- Combine the sour cream and onion soup mix in a small bowl.
- Using a small rubber spatula, spread the sour cream mixture evenly on the pork chops.
- In another small bowl, combine the panko, french fried onion crumbs and melted butter. Then sprinkle over the pork chops.
- Transfer the baking dish to the oven and cook for 30 minutes.
