Ingredients
- 2 - eggs
- 60 milliliters - milk
- 1 tsp - vanilla extract
- 1–2 tbsp - condensed milk
- 3 tablespoons - granulated sugar
- 1 tsp - cinnamon powder
- butter
Instructions
- Make brioche bread and cut into into pieces.
- In a bowl, add eggs, milk, vanilla extract, and condensed milk. Whisk well until combined.
- Dip brioche bread pieces into the prepared mixture, coating all sides.
- Heat a pan over medium heat and add butter. Cook the brioche bread pieces turning occasionally, until golden brown on all sides.
- In a separate bowl, mix sugar and cinnamon. While brioche bread pieces are still warm, coat them in the cinnamon sugar.
- Enjoy with your favorite fruits and dip.
