French Toast Bites

Soft on the inside, golden and crisp on the outside, these French toast bites are little pockets of comfort. Coated in a warm cinnamon-sugar mix and perfectly bite-sized, they’re quick, cozy, and absolutely irresistible for breakfast or a sweet snack.

Ingredients

  • 2 - eggs
  • 60 milliliters - milk
  • 1 tsp - vanilla extract
  • 1–2 tbsp - condensed milk
  • 3 tablespoons - granulated sugar
  • 1 tsp - cinnamon powder
  • butter

Instructions

  1. Make brioche bread and cut into into pieces.
  2. In a bowl, add eggs, milk, vanilla extract, and condensed milk. Whisk well until combined.
  3. Dip brioche bread pieces into the prepared mixture, coating all sides.
  4. Heat a pan over medium heat and add butter. Cook the brioche bread pieces turning occasionally, until golden brown on all sides.
  5. In a separate bowl, mix sugar and cinnamon. While brioche bread pieces are still warm, coat them in the cinnamon sugar.
  6. Enjoy with your favorite fruits and dip.
