Ingredients

  • 2 pounds - Pork sausage rolls
  • 6 - Eggs
  • 2 ounces - bacon
  • 1 cup - Milk
  • 3 - Egg yolks
  • 1 cup - Heavy cream
  • 2 tablespoons - Cinnamon
  • Maple syrup
  • 1 package - Hawaiian rolls

Instructions

  1. Line a medium sized baking sheet with parchment paper. Take the Hawaiian rolls and slice them horizontally so that you have top and bottom halves. Place the entire bottom half on the baking sheet and set the top half to the side
  2. Make square sausage patties from the sausage roll that are an inch thick and the size of one of the Hawaiian rolls. Cook on medium to high heat until brown and completely cooked through on both sides. Place the cooked sausage patties on the bottom half of the Hawaiian rolls, in each square
  3. Crack the 6 eggs into a bowl and stir. Drain some of the grease from the skillet and then add the eggs in and scramble them. During this time microwave the bacon according to the package directions. Scoop the eggs up and place them on top of the sausage. Lay the cooked bacon on top of the eggs and place the top half of the buns on top.
  4. In a small bowl add the milk, 3 egg yolks, heavy cream and cinnamon. Stir and then brush on top of the buns. Place in the oven under the broiler for 3-5 minutes, just until the tops of the buns get a golden brown color
  5. Slice the sliders out and drizzle with maple syrup! Serve and enjoy
