Ingredients

  • 1 - seedless watermelon
  • 1 - cantaloupe
  • 1 pt - strawberries
  • 2 - peaches
  • 1 pt - cherry tomatoes
  • 1 pt - blueberries
  • 1 pt - mozzarella balls
  • 1 lb - tortellini
  • 1 bunch - fresh basil
  • 1 package - prosciutto
  • reduced balsamic vinegar
  • wooden skewers

Instructions

  1. Use a melon baller to make watermelon and cantaloupe balls, slice the peaches into wedges, and slice the strawberries in half if they are very large.
  2. Set out all the ingredients and skewer the fruits, cheese, pasta, prosciutto, and basil in different patterns and combinations.
  3. Place all the fruit caprese kabobs on a large platter and drizzle with reduced balsamic vinegar, or serve on the side for dipping.
