Ingredients

  • 32 ounces - frozen cubed hashbrowns
  • 2 cups - sour cream
  • 10 ½ ounces - cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 ½ tablespoons - dried minced onion
  • 2 cups - Colby jack cheese
  • ½ tsp - kosher salt
  • ¼ tsp - black pepper
  • 1 ½ cups - wavy potato chips

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
  2. Add all ingredients, except potato chips, into a large bowl. Stir to combine.
  3. Transfer mixture to a 9-inch by 13-inch baking dish.
  4. Add potato chips to a zip-top bag and use your hands or a rolling pin to gently crush. Spread potato chips onto an even layer on top of the potato mixture.
  5. Bake for 50 to 55 minutes, or until golden and bubbly.
  6. Serve.
