Ingredients
- 32 ounces - frozen cubed hashbrowns
- 2 cups - sour cream
- 10 ½ ounces - cream of mushroom soup
- 1 ½ tablespoons - dried minced onion
- 2 cups - Colby jack cheese
- ½ tsp - kosher salt
- ¼ tsp - black pepper
- 1 ½ cups - wavy potato chips
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
- Add all ingredients, except potato chips, into a large bowl. Stir to combine.
- Transfer mixture to a 9-inch by 13-inch baking dish.
- Add potato chips to a zip-top bag and use your hands or a rolling pin to gently crush. Spread potato chips onto an even layer on top of the potato mixture.
- Bake for 50 to 55 minutes, or until golden and bubbly.
- Serve.
