Tips & Tricks (5)
- Pre-soak for Moisture 💧Soak corn in water for 30 minutes before grilling to keep the kernels moist and prevent them from drying out over high heat.
- Compound Butter Magic 🧈Mix softened butter with minced garlic, grated Parmesan, and fresh parsley ahead of time, then brush it onto hot corn immediately after grilling for maximum flavor infusion.
- Grill Marks Strategy 🔥Rotate corn every 2-3 minutes for even char development and caramelization, which enhances the garlic and adds depth to the overall flavor profile.
- Worcestershire Glaze Technique 🎯Mix Worcestershire sauce with melted butter and brush it on during the last minute of grilling to create a glossy, umami-rich coating without burning the garlic.
- Finishing Cheese Application ✨Apply grated Parmesan cheese immediately after removing from the grill while the corn is still hot, ensuring the cheese adheres perfectly and slightly melts into the buttery coating.
