Ingredients

  • 1 - large Cauliflower
  • 3 tablespoons - Italian Seasoning
  • ¼ tsp - Salt and Pepper
  • 5 cloves - Garlic
  • 3 tablespoons - Olive Oil
  • ¼ cup - Parmesan Cheese

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400F.
  2. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or a silicone baking sheet. Set aside.
  3. Remove all leaves from the cauliflower and slice through the top in 2″ thick slices. The outer pieces will

  5. Place the cauliflower slices on your prepared baking sheet.

  7. Use a pastry brush to brush the seasoning mixture over the cauliflower, turn over and coat completely.
  8. Bake the cauliflower steaks for 20-25 minutes, flipping halfway through.
