
Glazed Air Fryer Ham

Ingredients
- 3 pounds - spiral cut ham
- ½ cup - brown sugar
- 1 tbsp - Dijon mustard
- 1 tbsp - apple cider vinegar
- ¼ cup - honey
- 1 pinch - cinnamon
- black pepper
Instructions
- Start by preheating the air fryer to 350 degrees.
- In a saucepan over medium heat add the Swerve, dijon mustard, apple cider vinegar, cinnamon and black pepper. Simmer until thickened.
- Remove from heat , allow to cool for 1-2 minutes.
- Using aluminum foil, line a rimmed baking sheet or rack with tin foil, placing the ham in the center.
- Using a basting brush, apply ⅓ of the glaze over the ham. Then wrap the ham with an additional piece of tin foil.
- Cook in the air fryer for 20 minutes.
- Remove the top piece of foil from the ham, and brush on another ⅓ of the glaze. Cover with tin foil again, and return to the air fryer for 20 more minutes.
- Now remove the tin foil and add the remaining glaze to the ham.
- Return the ham to the air fryer for 3-5 more minutes uncovered until glazed nicely.
