These Glazed Bacon Crackers are a salty and crunchy snack you won’t want to put down! Made with crispy bacon and a dash of cayenne powder, these crackers are perfect for a party or game day. - Step 1
Cut each bacon slice into quarters
- Step 2
Place a rack on top of a rimmed baking sheet
- Step 3
Place crackers on rack – you can place them close together
- Step 4
Place one bacon quarter on each cracker
- Step 5
In a small bowl, combine brown sugar and cayenne
- Step 6
Sprinkle a small amount of the brown sugar mixture on top of the bacon
- Step 7
Bake at 400 degrees for 10 minutes or until bacon is crisp
