Ingredients

  • ¼ cup - gluten free rolled oats
  • 1 can - black beans
  • 2 - eggs
  • ¼ cup - cocoa powder
  • ½ cup - honey
  • ¼ cup - coconut oil
  • 1 tsp - vanilla extract
  • ½ tsp - baking powder
  • kosher salt
  • 1 cup - chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
  2. Place the oats in a food processor and pulse for 1 minute or until finely ground.
  3. Place remaining ingredients except for the chocolate chips in the food processor and pulse until combined, about 1 minute.
  4. Pour 1/2 cup of the chocolate chips into the batter and pour into a greased 8 x 8 inch pan and top with the remaining 1/2 cup chocolate chips.
  5. Bake 30-35 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean.
  6. Cool brownies and cut into 2 inch squares.
