- 2 - eggs
- ⅓ cup - milk
- ¼ cup - gluten free flour
- pinch - sea salt
- 1 tsp - cinnamon
- ¼ tsp - nutmeg
- 4 slices - gluten free bread
- 1 tbsp - butter
- dark chocolate chips
- pure maple syrup
Instructions
- First, in a shallow bowl or pie plate, add the eggs, milk, gluten free flour, salt, cinnamon, and nutmeg. Whisk together.
