Tips & Tricks (5)
- Infuse Butter with Garlic Oil 🧈Gently warm butter with minced garlic over low heat for 2-3 minutes to create a fragrant garlic-infused butter that distributes flavor evenly throughout the bread.
- Toast Bread Before Buttering 🍞Lightly toast your gluten-free bread slices first to create a crispy exterior that prevents the bread from becoming soggy and helps it hold the buttery garlic mixture better.
- Fresh Parsley Added Last ✨Sprinkle fresh parsley on the garlic bread immediately after toasting while still warm to preserve its vibrant color and fresh flavor without wilting.
- Choose Quality Gluten-Free Bread 🌾Select a denser gluten-free bread variety with good structure rather than soft, crumbly options to ensure it maintains its integrity when topped with butter and won't fall apart.
- Layer Salt and Pepper Strategically 🧂Apply sea salt and ground pepper directly to the buttered bread before toasting so they adhere properly and bloom with heat, rather than sprinkling them on afterward.
