Ingredients
- 3 - handfuls baked pita chips
- 1 - red bell pepper
- ½ cup - cherry tomatoes
- ½ cup - kalamata olives
- ½ cup - feta cheese
- ½ cup - plain greek yogurt
- 2 - persian cucumbers
- 1 tbsp - lemon juice
- ¼ tsp - kosher salt
Instructions
- Place the pita chips on a serving platter.
- Top with the red bell pepper, tomatoes, olives, and cheese.
- In a small bowl, stir together the yogurt, cucumbers, lemon juice, and salt. Drizzle all over the nachos.
