These grilled fruit kabobs are so simple to make and great for summer grilling season! These Grilled Fruit Kabobs are PERFECT for summer parties and something that everyone will enjoy since they’re gluten free and vegan!

Ingredients

  • ½ - pineapple
  • 2 - ripe mangoes
  • 3 cups - watermelon
  • 1 - lime
  • 1 tsp - chili powder
  • Oil
  • 2 teaspoons - sea salt

Instructions

  1. If using wooden skewers, soak them in water for 15 minutes.
  2. Make the fruit skewers by adding the fruit (about 6 pieces of fruit total each) to the skewers, alternating between the mango, pineapple, and watermelon.
  3. Squeeze the lime juice on top of the skewers and let marinate for about 10 minutes while you heat your grill to 400 degrees F.
  4. When ready to grill, brush both sides of the skewers with oil and place the skewers on the grill. Grill for about 3-4 minutes on each side and remove from grill to a large plate.
  5. In a small bowl, mix together the lime zest, chili powder, and sea salt. Sprinkle over top of the skewers and ENJOY!!
  6. Use whatever fruit you prefer on these!
