Ingredients

  • 1 - lemon
  • 1 tsp - Dijon mustard
  • 1 tsp - fresh rosemary
  • 1 clove - garlic
  • ½ tsp - sugar
  • ½ tsp - Seasoning Blend
  • ⅓ cup - olive oil
  • 4 - boneless, skinless chicken breasts

Instructions

  1. Preheat grill to medium high heat.
  2. Grill lemon halves, cut side down until deep brown and caramelized, about 5-8 minutes.
  3. Squeeze juice from grilled lemon halves into medium bowl.
  4. Stir in mustard, rosemary, garlic, sugar and House Seasoning Blend.
  5. Slowly whisk in oil until emulsified.
  6. Reserve 1/3 cup of marinade.
  7. Place chicken in bowl or zipper bag and pour over marinade.
  8. Marinate for 30 – 60 minutes.
  9. Remove chicken from marinade and discard.
  10. Grill chicken on medium high heat for about 6-7 minutes per side.
  11. During the last five minutes of grilling, baste chicken with reserved marinade.
  12. Remove chicken when it reaches an internal temperature of 165 degrees.
  13. Drizzle with remaining reserved marinade.
