Grilled London Broil
Grilled London Broil is one of those delicious summer dishes that comes out perfect every time. It is literally a summer must have! The marinade features ingredients like soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce, and brown sugar, imbues the meat with a savory and slightly sweet taste profile.

- Step 1
In a large zipper bag add the vegetable oil, balsamic vinegar, lemon juice, dijon mustard, Worcestershire sauce, soy sauce, Italian seasoning blend and crushed red pepper.
- Step 2
Smoosh the mixture until it’s combined.
- Step 3
Add beef to the bag and smoosh it around until it’s fully coated.
- Step 4
Refrigerate for 12-24 hours.
- Step 5
Preheat grill to medium high heat.
- Step 6
Remove beef from the marinade and place on preheated grill. Discard marinade.
- Step 7
Grill for 9-10 minutes then flip the beef.
- Step 8
Grill for another 9-10 minutes or until beef is desired temperature.
- Step 9
Let London Broil rest for 5 minutes before slicing against the grain.
