Grilled Turkey Burgers with Pickled Onions
Grilled Turkey Burgers are packed full of flavor and are so tender and juicy you will not believe it is a turkey burger! Pickled onions are the surprise weapon in this recipe. The tangy vinegar cuts through the richness of the burger, adding a bright and refreshing element that elevates the entire dish.

- Step 1
Combine vinegar, brown sugar, salt and all spice in a medium microwave safe bowl.
- Step 2
Microwave on high for 3-4 minutes or until the mixture boils. You can also bring the mixture to a boil in a saucepan on the stove.

Add onions and toss to coat.
- Step 4
Let stand for at least 30 minutes.
Turkey Burgers

Combine the turkey, parsley, cumin, pepper, salt and all spice in a large bowl.
- Step 6
Mix until combined; form mixture into four patties.
- Step 7
Brush patties with canola oil and grill until internal temperature reaches 165 degrees.
- Step 8
Top with cheese and serve on buns.
