These baked ground beef sliders are quick and easy to make. Ready in 30 minutes! They're beefy, flavorful, and great for meal prep. Instead of flipping several burger patties, try this instead! These hamburger sliders are similar to sloppy joes but have the flavors of a juicy cheeseburger.

Ingredients
- 1 lb - ground beef
- ½ cup - onion
- 3 tablespoons - ketchup
- 1 tbsp - yellow mustard
- 1 tbsp - pickle juice
- 1 tsp - worcestershire sauce
- 1 tsp - salt
- 1 tsp - paprika
- ½ tsp - garlic powder
- ½ tsp - black pepper
- 6 slices - dairy free cheese
- 6 - hamburger buns
- 2 tablespoons - olive oil
- 1 tbsp - sesame seeds
Instructions
- Heat a tablespoon of olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add ground beef and cook until browned, breaking apart into chunks. Add diced onion and cook for about 5 minutes.
- Add in ketchup, mustard, pickle juice, worcestershire sauce, salt, garlic powder, paprika, and black pepper. Stir to combine, then remove from heat.
- Preheat the oven to 350F and prepare a baking dish with cooking spray. Arrange the bottom half of the buns in the baking dish.
- Top the buns with the ground beef mixture, then cheese, and finally the top buns.
- Bake for 15 minutes, or until the tops are golden and the cheese has melted. Serve warm and enjoy!
