Ingredients

  • Deep Dish Pie Crust
  • 1 tbsp - Butter or Oil
  • 5 cups - Spinach
  • 3 - Eggs
  • ¾ cup - Whole Milk
  • ¼ cup - Heavy Whipping Cream
  • 1 cup - Cheddar Cheese
  • 1 cup - Ham
  • 1 tsp - Garlic Powder
  • 1 tsp - White Pepper
  • 1 tsp - Salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350F
  2. Use a fork to make small pricks all over the pie crust and then bake for 8 minutes.
  3. In a large skillet, heat the butter or oil over medium heat.
  4. Once butter is hot, add the spinach and stir occasionally until completely wilted. Remove from heat.
  5. In a large bowl, beat together the eggs, milk and heavy cream. Beat in the seasoning.
  6. Stir in the cooked spinach, cheese and ham.
  7. Pour the mixture into your pre-baked pie shell and place on a cookie sheet to prevent oven spills.
  8. Place quiche in the oven and continue baking for 25-35 minutes, until eggs are completely cooked through.
